Free Admission to Lan Su Chinese Garden All Week

Every year during the first full week of the year the Lan Su Chinese Garden offers free admission to celebrate the new year.  Admission is normally $9.50, so a pretty decent savings.

Adress: 239 NW Everett St. (corner of NW 3rd and Everett)

Getting there:

Red and Blue lines: Get off at the Old Town/China Town Max Stop.  Everett Street is the street on the north side of the Max stop.  Walk to Everett and then walk one block west to the Garden.

However, if you are downtown, lines 4, 8, 16, 35, 44, 77 (heading to Rose Quarter) all have stops at 2nd and Everett right across the street from the garden.  Click here to find a stop downtown on those lines.

From East Side:  Take Steel Bridge across the river and turn left on 3rd ave and find a place to park, the garden is one block away on Everett.

From Downtown: Drive north on 4th Ave. to NW Everett St.

From NW 23rd area:  Drive east on Everett to NW 3rd Ave.

Parking:  You can park along the street for $1.60 per hour.
